Basic Directions for Meatloaf

​

 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

 

  • In large bowl, mix 2 lb ground beef / pork,  Meat Loaf Mix, 1 egg, and 1 cup milk

 

  • Place mixture on baking sheet, mold into loaf shape

 

  • Bake 60 min, or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F

 

  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!

Tips

 

  • Line baking sheet with nonstick foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup

 

  • Top meatloaf with ketchup before baking for extra flavor
